Had a leak in my ceiling so I called model city roofing to come check and make sure my roof was not damaged. I had an appointment at 4pm and Mike Jones and Lisa Peeler showed up 15 minutes early which is always nice. Mike went up on my roof and did an inspection. He also cleaned off all the leaves and debris without me asking. Just so he could see the roof better. Lisa kept me company on the ground telling me about my options and just chit chatting in general with me. Mike finished the inspection and said my roof looked great. He informed me it was probably just all the debris keeping the water from draining properly so it soaked through the shingles. He didn't try to sell me a new roof or any repairs since I didn't need any which was great. My overall experience woth Mike and Lisa was absolutely fantastic and I will refer model city roofing to any friends or family that need roofing repairs. And when the time comes for me to need a new roof I will absolutely call them without a hesitation 10/10 experience.

Lisa helped me navigate the whole process of getting a new roof from start to finish and she made sure it met the requirements of the My Safe Florida Home program. Working on a historic old house there are always going to be additional challenges but Lisa and her team made sure everything was satisfactory in the end. Frank was on the jobsite during the installation and made sure materials were correct and the job progressing on-time. He even cleaned up debris on the site! No complications and no drama. Had a great experience with Model City! Frank Bunton came out to measure and get quotes and was more than happy to accommodate all requests and changes for the best price. He even recommended some good contractors for non-roofing work and called them to negotiate lower prices. On top of that, he was a straight shooter and honest about everything, no snake oil to be found at all. Would definitely recommend.
