I called off a flyer i received in the mail that went into detail of a hassle free program (right up my alley) and had the pleasure of scheduling an appointment for a free roof inspection with Jackalyn and was later assisted by Dave Ward. He explained his game plan to work with my difficult insurance company (as I don’t have thousands of dollars for a roof, though my insurance was going to drop me if I didn’t replace it) and he did it!! My insurance covered my entire roof because of Dave and Jackalyn’s knowledge and expertise. I will use them again and tell everyone I know as well. MCR hired a great duo!

Had a great experience with Model City! Frank Bunton came out to measure and get quotes and was more than happy to accommodate all requests and changes for the best price. He even recommended some good contractors for non-roofing work and called them to negotiate lower prices. On top of that, he was a straight shooter and honest about everything, no snake oil to be found at all. Would definitely recommend.
