I called off a flyer i received in the mail that went into detail of a hassle free program (right up my alley) and had the pleasure of scheduling an appointment for a free roof inspection with Jackalyn and was later assisted by Dave Ward. He explained his game plan to work with my difficult insurance company (as I don’t have thousands of dollars for a roof, though my insurance was going to drop me if I didn’t replace it) and he did it!! My insurance covered my entire roof because of Dave and Jackalyn’s knowledge and expertise. I will use them again and tell everyone I know as well. MCR hired a great duo!

These guys are the real deal. I got several quotes before selecting MC Roofing, they were by far the best price compared to the level of professionalism. A couple of companies were less expensive but didn't even come close to the level of care that MC Roofing showed. Chris was super responsive during the estimate process and texted me regular updates about when the job would be completed, product delivered, dumpster dropped off etc. He drove out to provide samples of the product and worked with me to select a roof color that would bring everything together. Everything went exactly how he said it would which is rare in the construction business. Frank and the roofers were beyond amazing. Tear off and installed by early afternoon. Not a single nail in the drive. No mess in the bushes and they even trimmed a couple branches for me that were overhanging the roof. The guys on the crew were super nice and kept the work environment clean throughout the entire day. You can tell this is a crew that has done a ton of roofs and has it down to a science. After the job was completed, Frank came back out to do a post job inspection. He walked me through next steps as far as dumpster pickup, inspection and invoicing. Then we walked around the roof together and he answered any questions I had. If you are looking for a new roof don't bother looking anywhere else. Price was great. Sales team was knowledgeable and honest. Install team worked like a well-oiled machine.
