I could not be more happy with Model City Roofing. I was out of town when my wife noticed the roof leaking. She called PJ at Model City. PJ promptly came by, did an inspection, and since I was out of town, he tarped the roof to prevent any more leaking. His inspection found that the roof needed to be replaced, and that there was some mold issues because of the leaking. Model City handled finding a specialist for the mold so I didn't have to. The roofers were professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. Model City also handled all of the paperwork and issues with my insurance company, and they were not easy to work with. PJ was great. He was quick in responding to any issues or questions I had. He was very good at following up to make sure everything was progressing in a satisfactory manner. I would strongly recommend that if you have roofing problems, give PJ a call.

I hired Model City Roofing for a rental property. I was very impressed with how organized Todd and his office team were from quote to completion! They scheduled directly with my tenant and accommodated her concerns for parking and dumpsters during the work. My tenants raved about the on-site project coordinator Jake who met with them daily during the actual work. He was prompt, professional and they said he "felt like family". The roof looks amazing, and with long-term tenants happy, how can it get better than that!? Well, it did! I had another property which had damages from a tree. Model City Roofing sent someone out the SAME DAY to put a tarp over the hole. Then scheduled the repair within the same week. Wow, this was during FL storm season, so that was a blessing! Great prices and great service. I will use them again and again!

In a time when it is rush rush rush, project managers are rarely satisfied with subcontractors because ev-er-y-thing always takes soooo long - like estimates, scheduling, job completion, invoicing, etc. So long. All I know is that a guy named Buddy Parker (Operations Director) with Model City Roofing in Jacksonville, FL puts all administrative assistants, secretaries, project managers, directors, CEOs and POTUSes to shame. You ask for something from that guy? He's gonna get it to you quicker than an alligator will snatch your baby for dinner! FIVE STARS.
