I have three roofing contractors bidding for reroofing my newly bought house. I picked Model City because Adam listened and worked with my additional request. His installation team was very professional and finished the whole roof and fascia in one day. They did fairly good job cleaning up. Btw, they were less expensive than the others. We had our roof replaced in September of 2022. What was expected to be a difficult and long process due to the age and condition of the roof turned out to be smooth and expedient. The final product was due to the excellent management skills of Jake Brubeck and Buddy Parker.
