Out of four roofing estimates that I had asked for from four different companies, Model city roofing was significantly lower than the other three. PJ, their estimator, made sure that I had the best price, warranty and senior/veteran discount of all. The Project Manager, Frank, Stayed on Task and kept me informed through the whole project. Frank and the entire crew were very professional and the work is outsbanding. I would certainly use Model City Roofing again. Kudos to PJ and Frank.

Nothing better than a contractor who actually does what he says he is going to do. They showed up on time and when they said they would, very responsive to text and phone calls, did quality work, left the property clean and worked with the seller’s and the buyer’s so that everyone got what they needed so we could get to close with no problems. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely use again.
