Had my roof repaired for a reasonable price and Michael Taylor gave me a detailed estimate of all of it without trying to get me to change anything we didn't discuss prior to work completion. 👍🏾

Contacted model city after having no luck with 4 previous companies ( 3 didnt call me back. 1 didnt do what i needed) and getting a high quote from another company. I needed silicone coating applied to just one area of the roof. They were happy to do it. Adam was my point of contact and responded to any questions I had. He completed the job himself quickly and gave me paperwork I needed for my insurance company. Their quote was also more than 1k cheaper than the other quote I recieved.
