We needed an entire new roof quickly on a home purchase to lock in the insurance quote and Model City Roofing came HIGHLY recommended. Amazing sales and customer service from day one. Very competitive pricing, even on the upgraded Owens Corning Platinum roofing, (get this, it’s worth the price in Florida’s weather). Everyone arrived on time and worked until completed, great job all around. Here is the unexpected bonus; Nearly a year after the new roof install we had a range hood installed for the gas range/oven and needed a roof vent installed. MCR came out the next day and said, “give us a call and we will be here when you need us’. This was amazing as the contractor installing the hood and piping couldn’t give us a firm date yet. A call a week ahead of time and MCR was there for us, on a Saturday too. Not only did they install the roof vent, they painted it to match the ones they installed on our new roof AND THEN touched up the originals they had put in with the new roof almost a year ago ! From beginning to end and even after the new roof, Model City Roofing and their whole staff have been there, truly an amazing company to work with. There should be a higher rating for them then 5 stars, they should be rated 10 stars for all the have done, professional, kind, courteous, it goes on and on. Thank you MCR.
