I called to get a roof inspection because, although I hadn't noticed any problems, I didn't know the age of the roof and it was the beginning of hurricane season. Mike looked up the building permit and told me the age of the roof. He came out the same day, went up on the roof, took photos of any potential problems, and emailed me the photos that same morning. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me any unneeded services. I would not hesitate to call Model City again if any problems arise, and I will use them when my roof needs replacement; it was a pleasant, stress-free experience.
