Really impressed by the customer service even when scheduling the inspection. They were very accommodating with my schedule. Received a detailed quote that was easy to understand prior to the inspection. I was also impressed with Adam. He had done some research on the house/roof before even coming to the home to do the inspection which made me feel more confident and was one of the biggest reasons why I decided to use their services. The roofers were efficient and left the area clean. I haven't found any nails or roofing materials in the yard or driveway. I am very pleased with the way the roof turned out and I'm glad they made this process as painless as possible.

I have three roofing contractors bidding for reroofing my newly bought house. I picked Model City because Adam listened and worked with my additional request. His installation team was very professional and finished the whole roof and fascia in one day. They did fairly good job cleaning up. Btw, they were less expensive than the others. Contacted model city after having no luck with 4 previous companies ( 3 didnt call me back. 1 didnt do what i needed) and getting a high quote from another company. I needed silicone coating applied to just one area of the roof. They were happy to do it. Adam was my point of contact and responded to any questions I had. He completed the job himself quickly and gave me paperwork I needed for my insurance company. Their quote was also more than 1k cheaper than the other quote I recieved.

These guys are the best! They went above and beyond. I’m SO happy with the results. Adam(consultant) awesome guy! He helped me decide what trim would look best with the color shingle I wanted. Frank(on-site manger) awesome guy! He was here early getting the site ready togo. I had came outside to move truck to see I had a slow leak in my tire, he helped me put air tire. Such a nice guy!
