Maria Jimenez was on top of the scheduling and Project Manager, Karlton Willis, was instrumental in overseeing the entire process the day of replacement. He kept we well informed as the team replaced the roof. My overall experience has been excellent and I would definitely recommend Model City Roofing for any roofing needs.

I called off a flyer i received in the mail that went into detail of a hassle free program (right up my alley) and had the pleasure of scheduling an appointment for a free roof inspection with Jackalyn and was later assisted by Dave Ward. He explained his game plan to work with my difficult insurance company (as I don’t have thousands of dollars for a roof, though my insurance was going to drop me if I didn’t replace it) and he did it!!
