I hired Model City Roofing for a rental property. I was very impressed with how organized Todd and his office team were from quote to completion! They scheduled directly with my tenant and accommodated her concerns for parking and dumpsters during the work. My tenants raved about the on-site project coordinator Jake who met with them daily during the actual work. He was prompt, professional and they said he "felt like family". The roof looks amazing, and with long-term tenants happy, how can it get better than that!? Well, it did! I had another property which had damages from a tree. Model City Roofing sent someone out the SAME DAY to put a tarp over the hole. Then scheduled the repair within the same week. Wow, this was during FL storm season, so that was a blessing! Great prices and great service. I will use them again and again!

We had our roof replaced in September of 2022. What was expected to be a difficult and long process due to the age and condition of the roof turned out to be smooth and expedient. The final product was due to the excellent management skills of Jake Brubeck and Buddy Parker. Not only were they always available at a moment's notice, but also very professional, knowledgeable and personable. It was truly a pleasure working with these gentlemen. We highly recommend this company for any and all of your roofing needs.
