I initially was very unhappy with my insurance company for not allowing me to choose my own roofer. I already had someone I knew & trusted ready to go. However, since it was an insurance claim, I was given no other option & was told Model City would be doing the job. I probably was not the nicest person when I first spoke to Brittany. To make a long story short, they were the kindest, most patient, responsive & professional group I've ever worked with. I can't thank Brittany & Karlton (Project Mgr/Military Veteran) & the group that put on my roof enough for making it a relatively seemless process. Roofing companies can get a bad rap for things that are out of their control, just remember that. Things like the insurance company, the cost of materials & labor, staff available to get the job done. There is also your county inspector who they have to work with & who can put them behind schedule. All in all, everything turned out wonderfully & they totally deserve the high ratings. Don't hesitate to reach out to them!
