I contacted Model City Roofing after a terrible experience with another roofing company. PJ came out the same day for an inspection. Job was scheduled and completed in less than a week. I would highly recommend working with PJ and Model City Roofing!

Very responsive group! Working quickly and professionally isn’t always simple, but Model City makes it effortless. Neal was up front, honest, and on top of the job since it started. All was done as expected. I highly recommend their services.

I reached out to Model City Roofing bc I was missing the covers over the soffit vents. Chris came out to look. While he was there we noticed some soffit that was pushed up - we had a bad storm end of June. Chris said he would be happy to fly the drone up to be sure there was no other damage that we couldn’t see from the ground. Sure enough, shingles missing. Chris then coordinated a tarp to be placed on that patch until he could return to inspect the roof himself (storms coming in that day). Chris also made time to be at the house to speak to the insurance company adjusters. I couldn’t ask for more as far as customer service. On time, professional, quickly responded to any and all texts/calls from me. Chris has been amazing!

I dealt with a gentle man name Chris and he did exactly what he said he would do and more! when they ran in to some small problems ,he didn't ask for more money but instead he told me they got it covered. its hard to find straight up companies these days but is one!! If your looking for good & honest people this is the company you should talk to.
