The roofers were great and did a wonderful job, materials delivered per the set schedule and the trash moved without us even hearing it the next morning. My feedback is more focused on Mr. Willis: he was wonderful when he did the initial inspection, very clear on what was needed and the next steps. During the roof replacement he kept us informed of everything taking place and updated on progress and next steps. He not only made sure the roofers doing a wonderful job but helped with putting our flowers back, did an extra sweep for nails around the home since we have a curious pup and was there well after hours to make sure every little item was addressed for us. Not often do you get such Wonderful and Caring customer service, but Mr. Willis went above and beyond and I truly believe he does this for all his clients. We thank you Sir!

Pj set an appointment with me and showed up on time. He went into great detail on the upcoming steps for what I should expect moving forward with the roof installation. It was very seamless. He was extremely professional, great with communication, and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend utilizing Model City roofing as well as requesting for PJ.

Model city roofing was awesome to deal with. Adam helped me resolve a permit issue that HVAC company left open from a new AC unit before we moved in. Frank was on the job the day of the installation and took care of any concerns we had. They were done in a day and the work was immaculate. I highly recommend model city roofing.

I could not be more happy with Model City Roofing. I was out of town when my wife noticed the roof leaking. She called PJ at Model City. PJ promptly came by, did an inspection, and since I was out of town, he tarped the roof to prevent any more leaking. His inspection found that the roof needed to be replaced, and that there was some mold issues because of the leaking. Model City handled finding a specialist for the mold so I didn't have to. The roofers were professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. Model City also handled all of the paperwork and issues with my insurance company, and they were not easy to work with. PJ was great. He was quick in responding to any issues or questions I had. He was very good at following up to make sure everything was progressing in a satisfactory manner. I would strongly recommend that if you have roofing problems, give PJ a call.
