Dave and Jackalyn have been professional and responsive throughout our claim process. Both were very professional and informative. During several meetings Dave and Jackalyn were knowledgeable about the product and service they would provide us with. They made the process very easy and stress free!

I had a roof leak around my chimney that I wanted repaired asap before the hurricanes starting coming. Adam from Model City Roofing made my experience incredibly stress free. He always backed everything up he said with photos. He had great work ethic and communication skills. Overall great experience. Would recommend Model City to others for roofing work.

After being misinformed by their third party answering service multiple times, the manager of operations had to reschedule due to miscommunication over the course of two weeks. Frank came out and seemed to be aiming to remedy the concerns, though flaked. I was sent a bad quote that would eliminate liability for all events in the course of potential work. Upon notifying Frank that the quote included unacceptable terms, he responded that he would send a proper quote with corrections he following day-- that was on November 17, 2025. This is now December 3, 2025. I will not waste any more time with this company.

Model city did an amazing job on my roof! Todd (sales) and Jake (project manager) we’re helpful, courteous and keep me updated the entire way. My roof is beautiful and I would highly recommend them to everyone need a new roof.
