During the latest thunderstorm we lost some shingles off one of the hip joints on the roof. I contacted Model City as they were close to our location. Michael Taylor came out very quickly to give me a quote on what was really a very small job. Michael was very personable and professional and gave me a reasonable quote. The repair was quickly completed. During the entire process Michael stayed in contact, kept me informed, and made the whole process painless. I was impressed with this level of contact for even a very small job.

I had a wonderful experience with Model City Roofing. Lisa and Mike Jones help me with the color for my roof and explained the process of installing a new roof on my home. Project managers Michael and Carlton where just as helpful with their part of my roof installation. Clean up was unbelievable the crew had cleaned up so well that it didn't even look like I had a roof installed at my home. I give this company 5+Stars for making this process so easy for me.
