If you need a new roof I highly recommend Model City Roofing! I called for an estimate and Mike came out exactly on time, inspected our roof and gave us a detailed quote explaining what we needed. Lisa took over from there, working very quickly as we had a very tight deadline to meet for our insurance company. She went over and above to make that happen. On construction day Frank and his crew were so professional and careful to ensure no damage to our landscaping. The finished job is perfect. Wish I could’ve given more than a 5 star review. I reached out to Model City Roofing bc I was missing the covers over the soffit vents. Chris came out to look. While he was there we noticed some soffit that was pushed up - we had a bad storm end of June. Chris said he would be happy to fly the drone up to be sure there was no other damage that we couldn’t see from the ground. Sure enough, shingles missing. Chris then coordinated a tarp to be placed on that patch until he could return to inspect the roof himself (storms coming in that day). Chris also made time to be at the house to speak to the insurance company adjusters. I couldn’t ask for more as far as customer service. On time, professional, quickly responded to any and all texts/calls from me. Chris has been amazing!
