I found this company through a google search. They called back quickly and sent out someone the next day. Michael Taylor was the technician that came out, checked out my roof and emailed me a quote that was very reasonable. They were able to fix my roof leak within the week. Very pleased!

I enjoyed meeting Shawn who is an army veteran. As I also worked for the army as a civilian for 25 years we had something in common right away. Shawn gave me a quote on the spot and was able to repair my roof within a couple of days. I am appreciative of a job well done for an affordable price. I will definitely reach out to Shawn. I called to get a roof inspection because, although I hadn't noticed any problems, I didn't know the age of the roof and it was the beginning of hurricane season. Mike looked up the building permit and told me the age of the roof. He came out the same day, went up on the roof, took photos of any potential problems, and emailed me the photos that same morning. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me any unneeded services. I would not hesitate to call Model City again if any problems arise, and I will use them when my roof needs replacement; it was a pleasant, stress-free experience.

We needed an estimate asap, and model city roofing was able to get to us in 24 hours! Mike jones was able to get to our appointment early and patiently waited on me to get home. He was professional, kind, and good at his job. He was able to clean out a couple of our shingles and patch them up. We will be using this company the next time we have an issue!

I was referred to Lisa Peeler by a good friend of mine. Lisa and her team at MCR are spectacular! I had a real estate deal that was suppose to close in 5 days, when we had just found out that a major roof repair was needed prior to closing. With little to-no time left, MCR came out with a quote and a team to take care of the repairs, all within 2 days! We got this through to closing right on time. I’ve heard others say the same thing about them. I trust Lisa and model city roofing to do any all roof repairs.

Contacted model city after having no luck with 4 previous companies ( 3 didnt call me back. 1 didnt do what i needed) and getting a high quote from another company. I needed silicone coating applied to just one area of the roof. They were happy to do it. Adam was my point of contact and responded to any questions I had. He completed the job himself quickly and gave me paperwork I needed for my insurance company. Their quote was also more than 1k cheaper than the other quote I recieved.

We contacted Model city roofing to repair some areas of our roof. They sent us Adam who came out within a 24 hours to provide a quote. The quote matched and beat the other quotes we had received. We accepted immediately and were scheduled the following week for the repair. The roof looks fantastic! When you go with Model City Roofing make sure to request Adam, you will not regret it.

In a time when it is rush rush rush, project managers are rarely satisfied with subcontractors because ev-er-y-thing always takes soooo long - like estimates, scheduling, job completion, invoicing, etc. So long. All I know is that a guy named Buddy Parker (Operations Director) with Model City Roofing in Jacksonville, FL puts all administrative assistants, secretaries, project managers, directors, CEOs and POTUSes to shame. You ask for something from that guy? He's gonna get it to you quicker than an alligator will snatch your baby for dinner! FIVE STARS.
