Mike looked up the building permit and told me the age of the roof. He came out the same day, went up on the roof, took photos of any potential problems, and emailed me the photos that same morning. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me any unneeded services. I would not hesitate to call Model City again if any problems arise, and I will use them when my roof needs replacement; it was a pleasant, stress-free experience.

Really impressed by the customer service even when scheduling the inspection. They were very accommodating with my schedule. Received a detailed quote that was easy to understand prior to the inspection. I was also impressed with Adam. He had done some research on the house/roof before even coming to the home to do the inspection which made me feel more confident and was one of the biggest reasons why I decided to use their services. The roofers were efficient and left the area clean. I haven't found any nails or roofing materials in the yard or driveway. I am very pleased with the way the roof turned out and I'm glad they made this process as painless as possible.

Had a leak in my ceiling so I called model city roofing to come check and make sure my roof was not damaged. I had an appointment at 4pm and Mike Jones and Lisa Peeler showed up 15 minutes early which is always nice. Mike went up on my roof and did an inspection. He also cleaned off all the leaves and debris without me asking. Just so he could see the roof better. Lisa kept me company on the ground telling me about my options and just chit chatting in general with me. Mike finished the inspection and said my roof looked great. He informed me it was probably just all the debris keeping the water from draining properly so it soaked through the shingles. He didn't try to sell me a new roof or any repairs since I didn't need any which was great. My overall experience woth Mike and Lisa was absolutely fantastic and I will refer model city roofing to any friends or family that need roofing repairs. And when the time comes for me to need a new roof I will absolutely call them without a hesitation 10/10 experience.

I had a problem with the ceiling developing mildew by the skylight window. I called Model City Roofing off of a reference from a co worker of mine. PJ was the representative I dealt with. He was extremely personable and professional. He came out to my house and PJ was able to diagnose the problem in a timely fashion and install all of the necessary upgrades in a timely fashion.
