This has been a tough time for my family with these recent thunderstorms. Our neighbor was using Model City Roofing when a tree collapsed from our yard on to their roof. Brittany was more than happy to come over and look at our roof for any damages. She then had her associate Chris over and sealed a loosened gutter that may be causing leaks. They are very professional, reliable, and all around good people. They genuinely care to help, even with things non roofing related. I initially was very unhappy with my insurance company for not allowing me to choose my own roofer. I already had someone I knew & trusted ready to go. However, since it was an insurance claim, I was given no other option & was told Model City would be doing the job. I probably was not the nicest person when I first spoke to Brittany. To make a long story short, they were the kindest, most patient, responsive & professional group I've ever worked with. I can't thank Brittany & Karlton (Project Mgr/Military Veteran) & the group that put on my roof enough for making it a relatively seemless process. Roofing companies can get a bad rap for things that are out of their control, just remember that. Things like the insurance company, the cost of materials & labor, staff available to get the job done. There is also your county inspector who they have to work with & who can put them behind schedule. All in all, everything turned out wonderfully & they totally deserve the high ratings. Don't hesitate to reach out to them!
