These guys are the real deal. I got several quotes before selecting MC Roofing, they were by far the best price compared to the level of professionalism. A couple of companies were less expensive but didn't even come close to the level of care that MC Roofing showed. Chris was super responsive during the estimate process and texted me regular updates about when the job would be completed, product delivered, dumpster dropped off etc. He drove out to provide samples of the product and worked with me to select a roof color that would bring everything together. Everything went exactly how he said it would which is rare in the construction business. Frank and the roofers were beyond amazing. Tear off and installed by early afternoon. Not a single nail in the drive. No mess in the bushes and they even trimmed a couple branches for me that were overhanging the roof. The guys on the crew were super nice and kept the work environment clean throughout the entire day. You can tell this is a crew that has done a ton of roofs and has it down to a science. After the job was completed, Frank came back out to do a post job inspection. He walked me through next steps as far as dumpster pickup, inspection and invoicing. Then we walked around the roof together and he answered any questions I had. If you are looking for a new roof don't bother looking anywhere else. Price was great. Sales team was knowledgeable and honest. Install team worked like a well-oiled machine.

I reached out to Model City Roofing bc I was missing the covers over the soffit vents. Chris came out to look. While he was there we noticed some soffit that was pushed up - we had a bad storm end of June. Chris said he would be happy to fly the drone up to be sure there was no other damage that we couldn’t see from the ground. Sure enough, shingles missing. Chris then coordinated a tarp to be placed on that patch until he could return to inspect the roof himself (storms coming in that day). Chris also made time to be at the house to speak to the insurance company adjusters. I couldn’t ask for more as far as customer service. On time, professional, quickly responded to any and all texts/calls from me. Chris has been amazing!

This has been a tough time for my family with these recent thunderstorms. Our neighbor was using Model City Roofing when a tree collapsed from our yard on to their roof. Brittany was more than happy to come over and look at our roof for any damages. She then had her associate Chris over and sealed a loosened gutter that may be causing leaks. They are very professional, reliable, and all around good people. They genuinely care to help, even with things non roofing related. I would recommend them to ANYONE needing a job guaranteed to get done successfully and the right way :)
