After being misinformed by their third party answering service multiple times, the manager of operations had to reschedule due to miscommunication over the course of two weeks.
Frank came out and seemed to be aiming to remedy the concerns, though flaked. I was sent a bad quote that would eliminate liability for all events in the course of potential work. Upon notifying Frank that the quote included unacceptable terms, he responded that he would send a proper quote with corrections he following day-- that was on November 17, 2025. This is now December 3, 2025. I will not waste any more time with this company.
