Had a great experience with Model City! Frank Bunton came out to measure and get quotes and was more than happy to accommodate all requests and changes for the best price. He even recommended some good contractors for non-roofing work and called them to negotiate lower prices. On top of that, he was a straight shooter and honest about everything, no snake oil to be found at all. Would definitely recommend.

I had to purchase one of the most expensive items ever, as an adult. A new roof…Thank you to Model City Roofing, Kelsey, as she guided me through the experience, ups and downs, their workers and Frank that came by at the end to check on the project. I feel confident and comfortable tonight knowing they took care of my roofing needs. I had interviewed other contractors but they just didn’t take the time I needed. They seemed as if they were just out for the money. My honest , hold heartfelt voice for a roofer is Model City Roofing and their staff. You can thank me later!!!

We needed our 150 year old metal roof replaced and Jeremiah came out and gave us an estimate which was 99% accurate. A few weeks later Angela came out and climbed up on the roof and measured it for accuracy that was sent to the metal fabricator. A few weeks later the metal arrived in crates that well protected it and a few weeks later the installers came. This was all happening in the middle of winter and the weather was not cooperating and installation had to be postponed time and again due to hurricane Helene. When the installers were finally able to work, they were very professional and fast working. They removed the old roof in one day and installed the sheathing the next. The new roof was fully installed in the next three days as there many peaks and valleys that had to be worked around. We are very pleased with the end result and the work ethic of the installers - they worked late and cleaned up everything behind themselves. We highly recommend Model City Roofing to anyone who needs their roof replaced or repaired.

If you need a new roof I highly recommend Model City Roofing! I called for an estimate and Mike came out exactly on time, inspected our roof and gave us a detailed quote explaining what we needed. Lisa took over from there, working very quickly as we had a very tight deadline to meet for our insurance company. She went over and above to make that happen. On construction day Frank and his crew were so professional and careful to ensure no damage to our landscaping. The finished job is perfect. Wish I could’ve given more than a 5 star review. Great people, great price!
