After being misinformed by their third party answering service multiple times, the manager of operations had to reschedule due to miscommunication over the course of two weeks. Frank came out and seemed to be aiming to remedy the concerns, though flaked. I was sent a bad quote that would eliminate liability for all events in the course of potential work. Upon notifying Frank that the quote included unacceptable terms, he responded that he would send a proper quote with corrections he following day-- that was on November 17, 2025. This is now December 3, 2025. I will not waste any more time with this company.

If you need a new roof I highly recommend Model City Roofing! I called for an estimate and Mike came out exactly on time, inspected our roof and gave us a detailed quote explaining what we needed. Lisa took over from there, working very quickly as we had a very tight deadline to meet for our insurance company. She went over and above to make that happen. On construction day Frank and his crew were so professional and careful to ensure no damage to our landscaping. The finished job is perfect. Wish I could’ve given more than a 5 star review. Model city did my original roof. Had to call out due to leak. Found out it was a faulty vent that has been a common prob with that specific vent. PJ came out and diagnosed it and stopped leak until it could be worked on by warranty dept. I figured like with most companies i would have to fight to get it fixed right since they would have to pull back shingles and replace wood also due to a little water damage. Frank contacted and his first suggestion was to pull it up replace the damage and replace shingles. Most companies would have tried to patch and taken the easy way out. Repair crew came out and fixed it and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend model city to others and frank and pj were spot on

These guys are the real deal. I got several quotes before selecting MC Roofing, they were by far the best price compared to the level of professionalism. A couple of companies were less expensive but didn't even come close to the level of care that MC Roofing showed. Chris was super responsive during the estimate process and texted me regular updates about when the job would be completed, product delivered, dumpster dropped off etc. He drove out to provide samples of the product and worked with me to select a roof color that would bring everything together. Everything went exactly how he said it would which is rare in the construction business. Frank and the roofers were beyond amazing. Tear off and installed by early afternoon. Not a single nail in the drive. No mess in the bushes and they even trimmed a couple branches for me that were overhanging the roof. The guys on the crew were super nice and kept the work environment clean throughout the entire day. You can tell this is a crew that has done a ton of roofs and has it down to a science. After the job was completed, Frank came back out to do a post job inspection. He walked me through next steps as far as dumpster pickup, inspection and invoicing. Then we walked around the roof together and he answered any questions I had. If you are looking for a new roof don't bother looking anywhere else. Price was great. Sales team was knowledgeable and honest. Install team worked like a well-oiled machine.
