Model city did my original roof. Had to call out due to leak. Found out it was a faulty vent that has been a common prob with that specific vent. PJ came out and diagnosed it and stopped leak until it could be worked on by warranty dept. I figured like with most companies i would have to fight to get it fixed right since they would have to pull back shingles and replace wood also due to a little water damage. Frank contacted and his first suggestion was to pull it up replace the damage and replace shingles. Most companies would have tried to patch and taken the easy way out. Repair crew came out and fixed it and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend model city to others and frank and pj were spot on

PJ, their estimator, made sure that I had the best price, warranty and senior/veteran discount of all. The Project Manager, Frank, Stayed on Task and kept me informed through the whole project. Frank and the entire crew were very professional and the work is outsbanding. I would certainly use Model City Roofing again. Kudos to PJ and Frank.

I could not be more happy with Model City Roofing. I was out of town when my wife noticed the roof leaking. She called PJ at Model City. PJ promptly came by, did an inspection, and since I was out of town, he tarped the roof to prevent any more leaking. His inspection found that the roof needed to be replaced, and that there was some mold issues because of the leaking. Model City handled finding a specialist for the mold so I didn't have to. The roofers were professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. Model City also handled all of the paperwork and issues with my insurance company, and they were not easy to work with. PJ was great. He was quick in responding to any issues or questions I had. He was very good at following up to make sure everything was progressing in a satisfactory manner. I would strongly recommend that if you have roofing problems, give PJ a call.
