Not only did Model City Roofing do an amazing job on my roof and my parent’s roof, they also helped us with providing free roofing tiles for a project. Our neighbor’s mailbox was damaged recently and my husband built a new one for them. It is shaped like a small house and needed authentic roofing tiles. I called to get a roof inspection because, although I hadn't noticed any problems, I didn't know the age of the roof and it was the beginning of hurricane season. Mike looked up the building permit and told me the age of the roof. He came out the same day, went up on the roof, took photos of any potential problems, and emailed me the photos that same morning. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me any unneeded services. I would not hesitate to call Model City again if any problems arise, and I will use them when my roof needs replacement; it was a pleasant, stress-free experience.

If you need a new roof I highly recommend Model City Roofing! I called for an estimate and Mike came out exactly on time, inspected our roof and gave us a detailed quote explaining what we needed. Really impressed by the customer service even when scheduling the inspection. They were very accommodating with my schedule. Received a detailed quote that was easy to understand prior to the inspection. I was also impressed with Adam. He had done some research on the house/roof before even coming to the home to do the inspection which made me feel more confident and was one of the biggest reasons why I decided to use their services. The roofers were efficient and left the area clean. I haven't found any nails or roofing materials in the yard or driveway. I am very pleased with the way the roof turned out and I'm glad they made this process as painless as possible.

He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and answered all questions. Lisa provided the BEST customer service! We got our proposal within a few hours of our inspection and once we decided to move forward, we had our reroof scheduled within about 2 weeks. On installation day, project manager Carlton took great care of us. The roof was completed in one day and they were very clean and made sure all debris was discarded. I can’t recommend this company enough! The 5-star reviews are legit. This company is well managed and does quality work. I wish more contractors did business like these folks do. They are the MODEL that other companies should aspire to be. I read all reviews and do my research before hiring anyone and I’m glad we decided to go with Model City Roofing. My only wish is that they did windows and countertops too, as we’re tackling those projects next. Definitely give them a call if you need a new roof because ours is beautiful!

I reached out to Model City Roofing bc I was missing the covers over the soffit vents. Chris came out to look. While he was there we noticed some soffit that was pushed up - we had a bad storm end of June. Chris said he would be happy to fly the drone up to be sure there was no other damage that we couldn’t see from the ground. Sure enough, shingles missing. Chris then coordinated a tarp to be placed on that patch until he could return to inspect the roof himself (storms coming in that day). Chris also made time to be at the house to speak to the insurance company adjusters. I couldn’t ask for more as far as customer service. On time, professional, quickly responded to any and all texts/calls from me. Chris has been amazing!

They scheduled directly with my tenant and accommodated her concerns for parking and dumpsters during the work. Model City Roofing sent someone out the SAME DAY to put a tarp over the hole. Then scheduled the repair within the same week. Wow, this was during FL storm season, so that was a blessing! Model City Roofing did my parents home and from start to finish took less than 2 days. They were very thorough and did a fantastic job cleaning up. I have a man made pond with a bunch of expensive Koi fish right next to my front door that we were worried would get debris and nails in. Model city roofing provided a screen tarp that allowed the fish to breath but blocked all the debris from getting in the pond. Couldn't be more happy with the way it turned out. My feedback is more focused on Mr. Willis: he was wonderful when he did the initial inspection, very clear on what was needed and the next steps. During the roof replacement he kept us informed of everything taking place and updated on progress and next steps. He not only made sure the roofers doing a wonderful job but helped with putting our flowers back, did an extra sweep for nails around the home since we have a curious pup and was there well after hours to make sure every little item was addressed for us. I can't thank Brittany & Karlton (Project Mgr/Military Veteran) & the group that put on my roof enough for making it a relatively seemless process. Roofing companies can get a bad rap for things that are out of their control, just remember that. Things like the insurance company, the cost of materials & labor, staff available to get the job done. There is also your county inspector who they have to work with & who can put them behind schedule. All in all, everything turned out wonderfully & they totally deserve the high ratings. Don't hesitate to reach out to them!

We needed an entire new roof quickly on a home purchase to lock in the insurance quote and Model City Roofing came HIGHLY recommended. Amazing sales and customer service from day one. Very competitive pricing, even on the upgraded Owens Corning Platinum roofing, (get this, it’s worth the price in Florida’s weather). Everyone arrived on time and worked until completed, great job all around. Here is the unexpected bonus; Nearly a year after the new roof install we had a range hood installed for the gas range/oven and needed a roof vent installed. MCR came out the next day and said, “give us a call and we will be here when you need us’. This was amazing as the contractor installing the hood and piping couldn’t give us a firm date yet. A call a week ahead of time and MCR was there for us, on a Saturday too. Not only did they install the roof vent, they painted it to match the ones they installed on our new roof AND THEN touched up the originals they had put in with the new roof almost a year ago ! From beginning to end and even after the new roof, Model City Roofing and their whole staff have been there, truly an amazing company to work with. There should be a higher rating for them then 5 stars, they should be rated 10 stars for all the have done, professional, kind, courteous, it goes on and on. Thank you MCR.

Very professional and responsive. Initial contact was for roof replacement. Quick appointment for estimate. Reasonable costs, and quick work to finish. Florida weather presented issues along the way, but all impacts handled quickly and professionally. I found 1 issue roughly 1 year later with a drip edge.
